Supporting You Through Men’s Work

Deepen your capacity for presence, strength, and connection.

Being a man in today’s world can be confusing and complex. Many men carry silent pressure from cultural expectations—messages about how we’re “supposed” to be strong, stoic, successful, or self-reliant. These expectations often leave little room for vulnerability, emotional depth, or authentic connection.

In my work with men, we explore what it means to be a man in a way that is life-giving, grounded, and generative. We look at the difference between healthy and unhealthy forms of masculinity—challenging outdated narratives while honoring the strengths and wisdom that come from embracing your full self. Whether you're navigating fatherhood, relationships, career challenges, emotional pain, or a sense of disconnection, this is a space where you can show up fully—without judgment or pretense.

I bring decades of experience leading and participating in men’s groups and retreats, and this work is deeply personal to me. As a dad, son, brother, and friend, I know the power of showing up with honesty, integrity, and heart—and I support other men in doing the same.

In our work together, you’ll have space to explore your story, reconnect with your purpose, and deepen your capacity for presence, strength, and connection. This is a path not just of healing, but of remembering who you are—and who you’re becoming.

Client Testimonial:

"As the facilitator of our men’s group, Mike approaches complex issues with grace, kindness, and intelligence. He balances strong personalities and perspectives and always has a thoughtful response or a provocative question to encourage us to dig deeper. Mike’s taught me a lot about myself and how to approach matters in my life (and those presented by other members of the group) with a new level of insight that’s served me well. "
