In our work together, I’ll help you build practical tools to calm and regulate your nervous system, so you can feel more grounded and present. We’ll also explore the deeper roots of your anxiety—looking at past experiences, thought patterns, or internal pressures that may be contributing to how you feel.
I take a somatic (body-centered) approach, which means we pay attention to the wisdom of the body as well as the mind. I integrate mindfulness, visualization, and parts work to help you create a more compassionate relationship with yourself and build lasting resilience.
You don’t have to manage anxiety alone. Therapy can be a space to slow down, reconnect with your inner resources, and start feeling more at ease in your life.
